Divine Mercy Deadlifts

3 weeks out.

no warm up. got right to it. no games. I got to save one of my accessories for after my deads.

1) Lat pull downs
90 x 8
105 x 8
120 x 3 x 6

2) Horizontal cable rows v bar
75 x 3 x 8

3) Horizontal cable rows flat bar
105 x 3 x 8

Deadlift time....Time to get serious.

135 x 8
185 x 3
225 x 2
250 x 3 singles.
First one wasnt serious enough. Had to grip bar tighter and act more desperate. They all flew up.

5) one arm DB rows
60 x 3 x 12

6) DB Shrugs
30's x 3 x 20

7a) Delcine weighted abs
+10 x 3 x 15

7b) Pushups
3 x 15

8) sprints for 12 minutes
