A Purpose and a Plan

well, a plan anyway. Purpose, will always be to get stronger.

1) Bench in power racks 4" above chest
85 x 3 x 3
95 x 2 x 2
100 x 2 x 2
105 x 1 :)

2) Speed Bench
(but i did it wrong) (shoulda been 3 reps) (next time)
65 x 5 sets of 8

3) Close grip bench
75 x 5 x 5

4) Dips
bw x 3 x 8

5) DB  Decline flies
25's x 5 x 8

6) DB curls
30's x 3 x 12 each

7) Decline abs
+10 x 3 x 10

8) Pushups
15,10,10

and thats my plan.
