2) ham glute raise
bw x 3 x 15

3) BB shrugs
135 x 3 x 10

4) sit ups
+25 behind head x 3 x 6

5) fun lil medly before my toys get taken away
tire flip x 10 flips
sled sprints x 30 yards
running sprints x 30 yards
4 sets no rest. youch.

worked for food. couple hemorage sups, couple protein bars. good deal :)
