j-dirt vs. leprachon

Either one will kill me.

cycle 2 week 4 deload bench

1) Bench
bar x 20
55 x 5 x 10

2) Dips
bw x 3 x 5

3) DB Bench press
15's x 3 x 15

4) one arm DB rows
50's x 3 x 10

5) KB swings ( I made j-dirt grab me a kb because there was a gangsta conference in the back room) (plus one leprechan)
50lb x 3 x 36

Wondering if there are any formulas out there that can be slipped into ones protein drink, that can cause larangitis. Think I'll google this.
