Boring Basic Back Day

But important. I know, I know.

Legs are still a killin from sunday Squats. Someone said, (and if you go to xxxl you will know who said this) "A good squat workout is when you are sore the whole week right up to 5 minutes before you squat again"

Warm up: 12 minutes of sprints. Played the same song 4 times. A goody but oldy, Run This Town.

1) one arm DB rows
60 x 3 x 10

2) Chest supported row (or as Jimmy writes it, "Incline Rows") (I kinda like that, maybe I'll call them that now)
+25 x 4 x 10

3) V Bar Lat Pull downs
75 x 3 x 10

4) Modified Pull ups on smith machine (close grip)
bw x 5 x 5

5) Hammer Strength shrugs
+45 x 4 x 10

6) DB Curls
15's x 3 x 10
