Nothing to see here people,

just a lil back pump. Getting ready to test my bench on friday and squats on sunday.

and since it was just an accessory day I decided to run first.

2.5 mile run on treadmill. kinda slow. lights off. music loud.

1) Bentover BB rows
65 x 4 x 10

2) Lat pulldowns
75 x 4 x 10
no cheatin kind. straight pull down, no leaning back and using my whole body. just lats

3) Horizontal cable rows v bar
75 x 4 x 10
same

4) modified pullups from smith machine
6 sets of 5 varried grip

5) Band Rows
black band x 3 x 15

6) DB Shrugs
55's x 4 x 10

7) DB hammer curls
15's x 3 x 10
