2) Horizontal cable pulls v bar
75 x 8
60 x 4 x 15

3a) DB RDL's
40's x 4 x 15

3b) Decline Abs
4 x 15

3c) DB Shrugs
40's x 4 x 15

3d) One arm DB rows
30 x 4 x 15

Guess this is my last training day. Might sneak in one more bench. Saw someone else bench today who is competing next saturday so I think it will be ok.

Time to go say good bie to a good friend
