Cycle 2 Week 2 Bench
I am looking into combining my deadlift and squat day. John thinks I should nail my back just once per week. "Being over 30.....I may need a week to recover. and being a back squatter and all" I have a couple weeks to decide still.

3) DB Rows
40's x 5 x 10
4) Weighted decline abs

43 days till my new fun job starts :)
