hey. I want a blog too.

For my training of course. and anything else I want to write about. but I will start with training. and what a perfect time to start.....middle of DELOAD week. sigh.

well here's todays exciting training.

10.7.10 (can't wait for 10.10.10)
Cycle 1 Week 4

Warm up: jumprope fast rocky style 8 minutes. (got bored) (and it smelled funny in the back room)

1) Deadlifts
since 40% is so dang little I decided to keep the 35lb plates on to make them all deficits
115 x 5
115 x 5 (40%)
135 x 5 (50%)
160 x 5 (60%)

wow.

2a) Hanging leg raise
3 x 10

2b) Chin ups
3 x 2

thats it. so I did some fun stuff. I'm sure Wendler won't mind.

Farmers
105each hand x 40feet (stopping at 20 to drop and turn around) x 3

Sled
2 plates x 90 feet

Tire flip
30x

Sledgehammer
80 swings 10 each side
