That was harder than heck. The 4th rep felt like I was going to pass out after my brain exploded. Bloody nose and red eyes. wasn't pretty. No way I had more than 5 in me. Still wicked shakey

my grip just couldnt handle it. and my hands are important to me now :) speaking of which, John had me check out a guys shoulder. Even though I haven't started myology yet, I felt the problem where his deltoid attached and worked on it some. FuN!!
