Putting out an APB on a 400lb Tire.

My tire was stolen. Told John. He said 'how do you feel about that?' I said, sad. He said, ok, we got that outa the way, back to work.

Cycle 1 Week 2

Warm up: RUN

1) Squats

115 x 8
125 x 3 (70%)
140 x 3 (80%)
160 x 3 (90%)
they were dang slow. 150 for 8 last week. This week barely got the 3 for 160.
95 x 3 x 10

2) Leg Press
+90 x 15
+140 x 3 x 12

3) Ham Glute Raise
bw x 4 x 8

4) Leg Extensions
30 x 4 x 15

5) Weighted decline abs
+15 behind head x 4 x 5

I am lacking spirit. I think I left my moxi in the old gym.
