And I used alot today.
My goal for today was to maybe get up to 155 for a set of 10 in the squats....So,
1) Squats
bar x 10
95 x 10
115 x 10
125 x 10
135 x 10
145 x 9 dang.
I was set up outside the racks and didn't ask for a spot. so after 5, each one was a struggle. and the 9th one was almost a disaster. So I re-evaluated, knowing I would not get 155 for 10. And decided to still make it a success.

Had to re-evaluate again, knowing I only had maybe one more pull in me. So to make it a success, I decided to just go for 280, which would at least, be 5lbs more than last week. If I got it....
