just a tiny test

warm up: walk 5 minutes

1) Lat pull downs
75 x 4 x 10

2) Deadlifts
135 x 8
185 x 5
225 x 2
255 x 1
275 x 1
300 x 0
300 didn't go as planned but the 275 felt pretty good.


3) Front Squats
65 x 10
75 x 10
85 x 10
95 x 5 x 3

4) one arm dB rows
60's x 3 x 10

5) Horizontal pulls
75 x 3 x 10
